What I understand about people comes from living through things, sitting with them, and learning what it takes to hold yourself together. I was always drawn to helping things heal. Over time, that shifted from the body to the mind. To the kind of struggles that don’t always make sense, even to you.
Now, I combine psychology and hypnotherapy to help you work through what feels stuck. The overthinking. The self-doubt. The emotional weight you carry quietly.
